It is an 8-week program whereby participants begin to notice changes after the first week. The Mindful Self-Compassion Workshop (MSC) is also an 8-week program. Participants learn ways to be kinder to themselves by treating themselves as they would a good friend. The benefits of this workshop have rippling effects because if you can treat yourself with kindness, you begin to offer others this gift as well.
